You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can join. Please read them carefully. By purchasing a Membership to AwesomeAshley.com (owned and operated by P&M Productions), you become a Member and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. By completing the AwesomeAshley.com membership form you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of AwesomeAshley.com. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments.
2. As a member you are responsible for paying monthly membership fees.
3. For your convenience and satisfaction, all memberships will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is cancelled at least 5 days prior to the end of the current term. 
4. To cancel your membership, simply follow this cancellation link. Cancellations will not be accepted via email to AwesomeAshley. Only through use of this cancellation form will you be cancelled at the billing source.
5. Any liability of AwesomeAshley.com including, without limitation under any course of action, will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the preceding 12 months.
6. A Member's user name and password must not be distributed to others. Doing so will result in the immediate suspension of service. AwesomeAshley.com is obligated by law to hold the member liable for unauthorized breach of membership (Members found to distribute their membership information can be sued for damages equal to the stollen membership fees).
7. All information transmitted via email is deemed public domain material.
8. Memberships are not transferable.
9. Members are responsible for providing AwesomeAshley.com with notification of new credit card details if their card is expired or stolen. Failure to do so will result in the interruption of service, requiring full re-subscription at the most current rates.
10. Members are responsible to provide all necessary equipment to gain access to AwesomeAshley.com.
11. AwesomeAshley.com has the right to refuse membership to any individual, and has the right to cancel a membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.
12. Without limitation AwesomeAshley.com does not offer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by AwesomeAshley.com or a 3rd party source.
13. Charge backs (account credits) will not be issued without just cause (specifically, to correct a mistake made by AwesomeAshley.com).  Charge backs will not be generated against membership fees under any circumstances other than the unlikely event of incorrect billing by AwesomeAshley.com.  (See Item d above)  
14. AwesomeAshley.com strives to provide the best quality merchandise.  In the event of a faulty or defective product, merchandise will be returned at the member's expense, and new merchandise will be shipped as replacement.  See our Return Merchandise page for additional details.
15. All pictures, images, sounds, text, video-caps, and any other material located on this site are the sole property of P & M Productions, dba AwesomeAshley.com and are not to be distributed in any form without the prior written consent of AwesomeAshley.com.
    p. The parties shall submit all disputes relating to this Agreement, whether contract, tort, or both to binding arbitration, in accordance with the then-effective rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties understand that they are waiving their rights to a jury trial.

    Any dispute that arises under or relates to this Agreement, whether contract, tort, or both, shall be resolved in any court in Clackamas County, Oregon having jurisdiction over same, by way of an arbitration as set forth above in Clackamas County, Oregon.

    This Agreement, and any dispute arising from the relationship between the parties to this Agreement, shall be governed by Oregon law, excluding any laws that direct the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

This Agreement in its entirety contains the entire agreement between the Member and AwesomeAshley.com. Any questions regarding this Agreement should be sent to admin@awesomeashley.com. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
